分散剂在无锡环氧地坪施工过程中起到什么作用

环氧地坪漆颜填料主要是钛白粉、氧化铁红、石英粉等,它们的比重比较大,在储存一段时间后往往就会沉到油漆桶底部了。分散剂是将添加在南京环氧地坪漆内的颜料、填料润湿和分散,以保持颜料、填料在环氧地坪漆内的稳定性。分散剂的存在对环氧地坪漆非常重要,否在,环氧地坪漆材料在存储过程中就会发生沉淀,影响环氧地坪材料的正常使用。分散剂如何提高环氧地坪漆的稳定性:

Epoxy floor paint fillers are mainly titanium dioxide, iron oxide red, quartz powder, etc. Their proportion is relatively large, after storage for a period of time, they often sink to the bottom of the paint barrel. The dispersant is to wet and disperse the pigments and fillers added in the epoxy floor paint to maintain the stability of the pigments and fillers in the floor paint. The existence of dispersant is very important for epoxy floor paint. Whether the epoxy floor paint material will precipitate in the storage process will affect the normal use of the floor paint material. How to improve the stability of epoxy floor paint with dispersants:

1、保持填料粒子悬浮;

分散剂通过结构内的活性基团,将细小的填料和溶剂吸附在一起,形成吸附层,依靠熵斥力,使填料粒子在地坪漆内长时间处于分散悬浮状态太。

The dispersant adsorbs fine fillers and solvents together through the active groups in the structure to form an adsorption layer. Depending on the entropy repulsion force, the filler particles stay in the dispersed suspension state for a long time in the floor paint.

2、提高各组分亲和力;

链接涂料和填料粒子,提高涂料内各组分间的亲和力,降低涂料地体的表面张力,一方面能提高地坪漆在分散和储存过程中的稳定性,一方面还能改善地坪漆涂膜流平性的性能,并对浮色发光,色泽遮盖方面提高强化。

3、平衡外力。

外力一方面有空气气压,一方面有重力,会导致地坪漆内的各种粒子下沉,最终形成沉淀。而分散剂可以对细小粒子产生稳定作用

分散剂在环氧地坪漆材料中的作用

The role of dispersants in epoxy floor paint materials:

1、提升光泽,增加流平效果。即一定的平整度即可.

2、防止浮色发花.

2. Prevent float and blossom.

3、提高着色力注意着色力在自动调色系统中并非越高越好.

4、降低粘度,增加颜料载入量.

5、减少絮凝是这样的,但越细粒子表面能越高,需要越高吸附强度的分散剂,但吸附强度太高的分散剂可能造成对涂膜性能的不利.

6、增加贮藏稳定性其实原因和上相似,一旦分散剂稳定强度不够,反而贮藏稳定性变差。

7、增加展色性,增加颜色饱和度、增加透明度(有机颜料)或遮盖力(无机颜料).
